This policy explains what data the Talista Collector app (Android, package rs.talista.collectory) and the talista.rs website collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Nebojša Raičević (Talista), Belgrade, Serbia. Contact: info@talista.rs.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, username and encrypted password
- Collection data: albums, stickers and cards you add, their status (have, need, duplicate), variant and price if you enter it
- Marketplace data: your listings, listing photos, and the country, shipping and payment options you provide
- Messages you exchange with other users in the app
- Ratings and comments after completed deals
- Technical data needed for the app to work (e.g. sign-in time)
Why we use it
- To make your account and collection work and keep them saved
- So other users can see your listings, seller profile and ratings
- To send you codes for email confirmation or password reset
- To prevent abuse and answer your questions
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
What is public
Marketplace listings, your username, seller country and ratings are visible to other users. Your email and password are not public.
Where data is stored
Data is stored with our database provider Supabase, which protects it with encrypted connections and access control. Confirmation emails are sent through our mail server on the talista.rs domain.
How long we keep data
We keep data while you have an account. When you delete your account, the data is permanently deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires some data to be kept longer.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can delete your account on the Account deletion page or by emailing info@talista.rs.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We will inform you about important changes in the app or on this page.
